Can I Be a Golden Goose Volunteer?
Yes, become a member of the “Goose Gang!” People who volunteer on a regular basis have a healthier outlook on life. They tend to be more dedicated and consistently report being happier. Young, old, professional – it doesn’t matter. Volunteering is good for everyone and it’s a great way to support your community. The Golden Goose Thrift Shop is always in need of year 'round volunteers. Currently, over 400 volunteers donate more than 3,000 hours a month. The “Goose” always has room for more volunteers to help with everything from answering phones, researching the value of items, testing electrical equipment, refurbishing computer equipment, running cash registers, providing customer service, sales floor merchandising, or helping in a host of other ways.
New volunteer orientation takes place every Monday at 3:00 P.M. at The Golden Goose Thrift Shop. (excluding holidays)
